Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What minimum periods are required?
A. All standard solution in parking and storage is on a month to month basis. We require One month’s notice after the first month.

Q. What happens if my contract ends?
A. We will automatically extend your contract on a month by month basis. Subject to payment and the availability of space you can then continue to use our services.

Q. What can’t be stored on site?
A. You must not store any Goods that are hazardous, illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable, living, or that are a risk to the property of any person;

Q. How are payments made?
A. The client must set up a periodic payment so that a payment will be received on the anniversary day of each month. Invoices are issued automatically on the anniversary day of each month.

Q. What access is available?
A. The facility is available seven days a week for 24 hours per day.

Q. What security is provided?
A. We have on site perimeter fencing, controlled access and security cameras that are triggered by the detection systems.
You are also welcome to install your own security on any item.

Q. Are my goods insured by the facility owner?
A. We do not provide insurance for any items and it is a condition of storage and parking that you indemnify us against claims for any loss.

Q. Who has access to my storage containers?
A. Regardless of who supplies the containers for storage, you will need to supply appropriate locks and you will also be the only person with the keys to access your container.
